Can’t scan the QR code?
If the phone that owns the WhatsApp number is the only device you have, you
can’t scan a code shown on its own screen. Link with a code instead: enter that phone’s WhatsApp
number, then on the phone open WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link a device → Link with phone
number instead and type the code shown here.
Your WhatsApp subscription
Your paid plan for hosted WhatsApp sending. “Remaining” counts down only when
a message is actually handed to WhatsApp — queued messages don’t use balance.

Recent messages
Live view of your queue: what’s waiting, what was sent, what WhatsApp confirmed
as delivered or read, and why anything failed. “Sent” means WhatsApp accepted the message;
“delivered” means it reached the recipient’s phone.
No messages yet.
Sending options
These control HOW your messages go out. Sensible defaults are already applied —
only change them if you know why.
A pause between every two messages, like a person
sending by hand. Default: random 8–25 seconds. A random range is safer than a fixed
delay; very short delays increase the risk of WhatsApp limiting your number.
Appends a short reference like [Ref: K7X2P9] to each message so no two
messages are identical — this helps avoid WhatsApp’s duplicate-message detection when sending
the same notice to many parents. Example: “Fee reminder for March… Regards, EDUBase [Ref: K7X2P9]”.
Off by default.
Check a number
See whether a phone number can receive WhatsApp messages before you send to it.
Messages you queue in EDUBase (fee reminders, results, notices…) are sent from
your linked WhatsApp number automatically while the connection above is active. Keep the linked
phone online and charged. Signing out only leaves this page — your WhatsApp stays linked and
sending. Use Stop to pause sending, or Re-link to switch phones.
